Tonal, a connected in-home fitness company, wanted to make its high-ticket wall-mounted workout system easier for customers to buy. The team already offered financing through Affirm, but it needed a smoother way to handle inbound sales calls from shoppers with installation questions and to support more flexible payment options.

Affirm helped Tonal add inbound telesales through an API integration and sales-team training, making it easier to close purchases by phone. Affirm also enabled longer 36-month repayment terms, lowering monthly payments and making the product more accessible; as a result, 38% of total volume from November through January came from inbound telesales, and Tonal saw increased order conversion and stronger overall order volume.
