BB Wheels is attracting new customers with Affirm

BB Wheels, a family-owned wheel and tire retailer, sought to grow customer acquisition and boost top-line sales. After evaluating options, BB Wheels integrated Affirm’s point-of-sale financing into their BigCommerce site and adopted Affirm’s messaging and a 0% APR promotion to make purchases easier for customers.

Affirm’s solution was simple to implement and heavily promoted via emails (including abandoned-cart), mobile and desktop ads using “as low as” messaging. The campaign drove a 92% increase in daily volume during the 0% APR promo and a 37% increase in average order value, attracted more creditworthy applicants, and was successful enough that BB Wheels extended the promotion — results they attribute to Affirm.
