IMRG partnered with Affino to create a new automated ecommerce benchmarking solution to measure peer performance across key metrics such as visitors, orders, conversion, abandonment, and device type. What began as the “e-Retail Benchmarking System” needed a clearer identity, stronger branding, and a more scalable approach to benchmarking.
Affino delivered the full solution end to end, including the benchmarking methodology, system implementation, brand name “Peermap,” logo, messaging, flyer, and responsive website. The new variable sampling method and algorithm improved accuracy and flexibility while reducing overheads, giving IMRG a dynamic, scalable digital business tool that automates a significant part of its core business.
