Foodlogik helps Stuart’s ride the pandemic rollercoaster

Stuart’s Bakers & Butchers, a sixth-generation family food retailer, was challenged by an outdated and unsupported business management system that could not support its successful and expanding operations. The company needed a new, financially viable bakery-specific solution to begin a business digitization journey, leading them to partner with vendor Affinitus Group Ltd and implement their Foodlogik software.

The solution implemented by Affinitus included the 20-user Foodlogik system for production and recipe management, sales order processing, and EDI integration, alongside an Android app for wholesale sales and a web ordering portal. The results included a greater than 7.5% gain in staff efficiencies and the reduction of administrative headcount by approximately 1.5 people. These labour-saving technologies proved invaluable during the pandemic, allowing the business to operate efficiently with reduced staffing. Affinitus provided the tools that enabled Stuart's to continue its expansion with a streamlined operation.
