The goal was to drive live audience participation via mobile phones and social networks and to demonstrate how a day‑long corporate event could be orchestrated seamlessly; Aerva deployed its AerWave digital signage platform to support this vision.
Within two weeks Aerva prepared the conference programs and integrated Ogilvy’s creative assets, deploying interactive widgets including Twitter, Poll2Screen, Txt2Screen, Pic2Screen and a mobile raffle, all managed via a browser‑based moderation engine.
