Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) operates the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the Hynes Convention Center and needed a flexible, scalable digital signage solution to manage a complex, multi-venue display network. After a competitive review, MCCA selected Aerva and its cloud-based AerWave Enterprise platform to handle their 60-plus screens — including indoor LCDs, large-format outdoor LEDs, a video wall and the BCEC marquee — and to enable Signature Boston to schedule, monitor and manage event and advertising programs from any browser.

Aerva implemented AerWave Enterprise with dynamic data Widgets and real-time content delivery, enabling MCCA to serve location-specific and day-parted campaigns, integrate live data feeds, and give internal teams granular control over client and advertiser programs. The outcome: Aerva empowered MCCA to centrally manage a multi-location signage network across BCEC and Hynes, reliably deliver dynamic content across 60+ screens, and drive advertising and visitor communications from marquee and large-format displays.
