Fountain Square Management, LLC was charged with operating a 42' x 28' outdoor LED display installed as part of downtown Cincinnati’s $42M revitalization. They needed a reliable, easy-to-manage digital signage platform to run the board 24/7, handle ad scheduling and TV insertion, moderate user-generated content, and minimize on-site server requirements — Aerva’s AerWave solution was selected to meet those needs.

Aerva deployed its AerWave digital signage system and cloud-hosted management (including Aerva’s moderation web interface and RS232 TV control) to run the board 24x7x365 since October 2006, manage ad timing, Text2Screen/Pic2Screen widgets, and reduce local infrastructure. As a result, Fountain Square has seen greater pedestrian engagement, more sponsors and advertisers and incremental revenue, and the LED board has become a landmark showcase for the Square — all enabled by Aerva.
