Auckland Museum sought a better way to inform visitors about programmes, admissions and on-site offerings and selected Aerva’s AerWave digital signage platform to add an informative, flexible communications channel to the visitor experience. The museum’s objectives focused on price, advertising potential, ease-of-use and real-time updates to improve how information is presented across the site.

Aerva’s AerWave was deployed (via integrator Ngage Media) to power eight large screens behind ticketing and a 16‑screen video wall in the southern atrium, supporting video, audio, images and live data feeds and allowing staff to update content instantly. The installation gives the museum up-to-the-minute exhibition, event and pricing information, lets marketing display packages and commercial graphics directly to visitors, and delivers measurable infrastructure: eight information screens plus a 16‑screen video wall, all manageable in real time through Aerva.
