How Sophos manages contract data with Aerofiler

Sophos, a global cybersecurity company with distributed legal teams, needed a better way to review and analyze large volumes of contract data for events like Brexit, audits, acquisitions, and M&A integrations. Before Aerofiler, much of this work was manual, making it difficult to quickly synthesize contract metadata, run keyword searches, and support internal requests across its worldwide business.

Using Aerofiler’s contract repository and workflow tools, Sophos uploaded and processed more than 10,000 documents, over 15 GB of data and 55,000 pages, in less than a day. Aerofiler OCRed documents, removed duplicates, enabled metadata extraction and full-text search, and helped the legal team manage reviews and exports to CSV and reports. The result was days of manual labor saved, faster service to internal clients, and a single searchable system for contract review and management.
