TBP Electronics, a €23M contract manufacturer in the Netherlands known as “The Business of Perfection,” needed to digitally integrate a highly automated, high‑mix/low‑volume factory to achieve Industry 4.0 goals: faster job launches, full traceability, consistent quality data, and seamless CAD/BOM-to-machine interoperability. After a focused selection process they chose Aegis Software and its FactoryLogix platform (including Aegis inForce™ terminals, xLink™ adapters and Aegis Analytics) to provide the MES backbone to connect machines, operators and data across the plant.

Aegis Software deployed FactoryLogix in phased steps—importing CAD/BOMs, delivering interactive shop‑floor work instructions, enforcing barcode WIP control with inForce terminals, normalizing machine data with xLink, and enabling self‑service dashboards with Aegis Analytics. The solution cut new product introductions from ~16 hours to under 4 hours (initially a 40% reduction), improved process yield by 1.6%, reduced DPMO by 3%, lowered average rework time by 33%, delivered level‑4 component traceability and produced 35+ dashboards, delivering measurable gains in speed, control and visibility.
