The MOMENI Group faced the challenge of ensuring energy-efficient operation and optimum tenant comfort while minimizing ancillary costs for its SPRINGER QUARTIER, a major mixed-use development in Hamburg comprising a protected historical high-rise and a new-build complex. They commissioned vendor aedifion to identify potential savings using its intelligent software and cloud platform.

aedifion's solution involved continuous, encrypted real-time data collection and analysis, which enabled the identification of inefficiencies and led to autonomous, predictive control of the building's heating circuits. This resulted in significant annual savings of approximately €61,000 in operation costs and 488 MWh in energy, while also improving tenant comfort.
