ticketscript is a European market leader in digital self-ticketing that helps events—from music festivals to fairs and exhibitions—sell millions of tickets. While online e‑ticketing worked well for advance-selling music events, fairs and exhibitions often sell at the door, and using multiple partners left event managers without a single view of sales, meaning ticketscript could only capture a portion of total ticket sales.

To solve this, ticketscript built Ticketbox with Adyen: a self-contained point-of-sale kit (tablet plus wireless payment terminal) that accepts contactless and card payments and routes all transactions through Adyen. The unified, real-time dashboard gives event managers a complete view of online and on-site sales, enabling them to sell up to 100% of tickets, manage capacity and staffing on the fly, and deliver better experiences that drive higher sales and sell-outs.
