Oetker Collection, including The Woodward and other luxury hotels, wanted to unify payments across multiple systems, agencies, and third parties to create a more consistent guest experience. Working with Adyen, they sought a single platform that could simplify operations, support flexible payment methods, and reduce the time staff spent on reporting and payment complexity.

Adyen implemented its unified payments technology, integrated with Oracle OPERA PMS, along with tokenization to secure guest data throughout the stay. The result was faster, more seamless payments, improved staff efficiency, stronger security and PCI DSS compliance, and better guest service; Oetker Collection has already rolled out the technology in seven hotels.
