How one premium brand implemented cross-channel shopper journeys for an endless aisle with Adyen

IC Group, owner of premium fashion brands such as Peak Performance, Tiger of Sweden and By Malene Birger, operates stores across Europe and faced the challenge of delivering a consistent omnichannel experience while closing sales even when items weren’t physically in store. They also wanted to simplify payments integrations and empower staff in smaller or remote stores that couldn’t carry the full assortment.

Partnering with Adyen as a single payments platform, IC Group implemented an endless aisle on iPads linked to mobile POS so staff can sell from the full online inventory, present detailed product info, and receive credit for the sale. The result: a few percentage points sales lift in larger stores and substantially higher gains in regional locations, fewer lost sales, better upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and valuable data to optimize purchasing and future omnichannel services.
