HDI Seguros, an insurance company with recurring monthly payments, needed a more modern and efficient way to manage card transactions and reduce lost revenue. To improve payment performance and customer experience, it partnered with Adyen and implemented Adyen’s RevenueProtect tool.
Adyen’s solution used machine learning, network tokenization, automatic card updates, intelligent messaging, and retry logic to optimize each transaction in real time. As a result, HDI Seguros increased its authorization rate from 88% to 91% and recovered an estimated R$2.4 million in annual revenue, including about R$1.2 million from higher approvals alone.
