Case Study: Crocs achieves streamlined global payments and increased authorization rates with Adyen

A Adyen Case Study

Preview of the Crocs Case Study

Crocs Growing its global payments footprint

Crocs, the global footwear brand with sales in nearly 100 countries, faced rising complexity and cost from managing multiple e-commerce payment setups as it expanded. The company needed a single payments provider that could support major cards and local payment methods, integrate easily with its Demandware platform, and handle local languages, currencies, banking and cash management across markets.

Crocs partnered with Adyen, using Adyen’s Demandware LINK cartridge and global payments platform—a quick install and minor configuration—to consolidate payments worldwide. Adyen enabled support for local methods (e.g., iDEAL, Giropay, SOFORT, MisterCash, JCB, Inicis, PayPal), provided RevenueProtect risk management, and centralized operations. The result: lower costs and workload, freed internal resources, and significantly higher authorization rates across international markets.
