Starshot is a B2B event marketing agency (founded 1999, with hubs in Toronto and Chicago) that serves major brands and acts as Microsoft’s North American Agency of Record. They needed a way to capture and manage executive engagements and large conference registrations across multiple events and cities, provide secure payment processing, and deliver detailed reporting and marketing insights to optimize programs.
Starshot implemented Adxstudio Portals integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and hosted on Microsoft Windows Azure, creating a centralized, cloud-based registration and engagement platform. The solution captured registrations and attendance directly into CRM, handled secure payments for TechDays, tracked roughly 3,000 registrants across eight cities, and delivered improved reporting, ROI insights, and program optimization for both executive and technical audiences.
