Gap Consulting, a UK firm that builds portal solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, needed to standardize and streamline development as its customer base grew. In 2010 they set out to find a platform already integrated with Dynamics CRM that required no additional database, was built on Microsoft .NET/C#, supported multiple authentication methods, was modular and reusable, used HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and could be deployed cloud, on‑premise or partner‑hosted.

They selected Adxstudio Portals, which delivered pre-built CRM integration, authentication, content management and security while supporting the required deployment options. By replacing custom platform code and productizing their Manager Suite, Gap accelerated development, simplified maintenance and scaled more quickly—resulting in three customers live, five-plus customer solutions in development, and successful projects such as Cellnovo and Merseytravel that enabled faster rollouts, customer self‑service and reduced HR workload.
