VampireFreaks, a family-owned US-based retailer of gothic, steampunk, and other alternative attire and accessories, needed a faster way to manage retargeting ads and improve conversions without adding to founder Jet VF’s workload. The company turned to Adwisely’s updated Shopify app to automate Facebook retargeting and support holiday-season advertising.
Adwisely implemented automated retargeting and Enhanced Cart Recovery campaigns, including dynamic product ads and themed creatives for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The results were strong: the campaigns reached nearly 500,000 potential customers, delivered an average 400% ROAS and up to 900% at peak sales periods, and generated over 35,000 reactions, 500+ comments, and almost 3,000 shares.
