Kratki.com upgrades Magento and ScandiPWA with ADVOX Studio in 18+ months

Kratki.com, a major European manufacturer of fireplaces and grills, faced the challenge of maintaining and improving its complex multi-language eCommerce store built on an outdated version of Magento and ScandiPWA. Their existing platform required an update to newer versions and stabilization to enhance the user experience and support future business growth. They partnered with ADVOX Studio for PWA development and platform modernization.

ADVOX Studio successfully updated the platform from Magento 2.3.5 to 2.4.1 and migrated the frontend from ScandiPWA 2 to ScandiPWA 4. The solution involved extensive component migration, rigorous testing, and platform stabilization. ADVOX Studio then improved the shopping UX by implementing a One Step Checkout and re-architected the site from 8 store views to 8 individual websites to better serve regional markets. The results included a more stable platform and an improved purchasing process for the store's 180,000 monthly visitors, achieved through over 18 months of work and 10,000 hours of developer effort.
