FFP Wealth Management, an SEC-registered fee-based RIA based in Minneapolis with six employees serving clients across more than seven states, needed a single CRM to centralize contact data, tasks, calendars, imported asset information (including PortfolioCenter), and to support remote access for offsite advisors. After evaluating options, FFP selected AdvisorEngine CRM to replace their fragmented systems and Microsoft Outlook-based calendaring.

AdvisorEngine CRM was implemented by migrating legacy data into the platform, replacing Outlook for scheduling, integrating the firm’s Tax Super Sheet into each client file, and using a third-party hosting solution to enable access from anywhere. As a result, FFP consolidated emails, documents and templates into one system, improved team communication (including remote users), streamlined processes, and raised client service levels through features like document scanning, call recording, task assignments and PortfolioCenter imports.
