Pret a Manger, the international sandwich and café chain, needed to refresh the people management skills of 150 line managers at its UK head office, 75B. Working with AdviserPlus, the company wanted a tailored workshop to build confidence and capability so leaders could manage people more effectively and support its strong workplace culture.

AdviserPlus delivered a customized Manager Essentials workshop called “Managing People at 75B,” combining roleplays, case studies, video review, and small-group practice tailored to Pret’s procedures and culture. The result was a major uplift in confidence: 89% of managers said they felt confident or very confident managing people after the workshop, up from 32% before, and 100% rated the training as valuable, with 45% calling it extremely valuable.
