AdviserPlus implemented People Manager Plus as a seamless, white-labelled extension of KCOM’s HR team, combining telephone advice from HR professionals, a knowledge portal, and case management technology. The service was delivered in 14 weeks, helped managers become more confident and informed, reduced HR overheads, and engaged 76% of line managers within the first five months.
