Krifa, a Danish union and unemployment insurance fund, faced a challenge in supporting the growth of its sales department. They needed a highly tailored dialer software that could be integrated into their new processes and support both outbound and inbound calling workflows to enroll and maintain communication with their members. Adversus implemented a customized dialer system for Krifa, which included a major integration and features like automated GDPR-compliant data erasure, iframes for efficient data entry, and Journeys for automated SMS follow-ups. This solution enabled Krifa to efficiently manage 63 active campaigns and 15 different products. The results were significant, with the department receiving inbound calls for the first time and one campaign alone generating 40,000 answered calls.
