iProspect Drives Client Strategy with Predictive Analytics

iProspect Canada, part of the dentsu network, was struggling with tedious manual reporting and fragmented data from many platforms (including difficult formats like Sizmek) and wanted to move to a more data-driven, predictive approach. To solve this, they engaged Adverity, using Adverity’s data integration and AI analytics modules to centralize and harmonize client data into Google BigQuery and surface dashboards in Google Data Studio.

Adverity automated data flows, transformed and harmonized disparate sources, and applied predictive analytics and Channel Mix Optimization to guide budget allocation and creative decisions. The work saved time (100+ hours overall and about 200 hours/month on one test brand), led a client to plan onboarding for about 50 brands, now delivers predictive insights to more than 30 clients, and produced measurable uplifts such as higher CTRs and lower CPCs — enabling iProspect to better demonstrate ROI and drive client strategy.
