IKEA Austria was struggling with fragmented, inconsistent data from its website, sales systems and the IKEA Family loyalty program, plus agency-driven silos and manual Excel reporting that delayed insights for days or weeks. To make quality data accessible across the organization and support its multi-channel transformation, IKEA partnered with Adverity to automate consolidation and streamline data operations.

Adverity integrated with IKEA’s Microsoft stack—transforming and loading data into a cloud SQL Server on Azure and feeding Power BI—standing up the first 14 connectors within two weeks and growing to about 20, which eliminated manual reporting and democratized dashboards across teams. The Adverity platform delivered more granular channel metrics (including deeper Facebook insights), accelerated fact-based decision making, and enabled IKEA to optimize its media mix and budget investments.
