Groundforce, a Spanish operating handler, wanted to improve maintenance costs and operational efficiency across its airport GSE fleet. To address issues such as asset location, driver authorization, idle time, corrective maintenance, and real-time invoicing, Groundforce partnered with ADVEEZ and began using its telematic fleet management solution, including the FAMA module and Localeez® web platform.

ADVEEZ implemented real-time data capture for vehicle location, speed, energy use, hour-meter data, and driver access control, while integrating with Groundforce’s existing IT environment through APIs. The solution improved fleet management, maintenance forecasting, and daily operations, leading to a successful rollout from an 8-unit proof of concept to a 120-GSE pilot in Madrid and a frame agreement to equip up to 1,400 GSE across 10 airports.
