Top-10 Pharmaceutical Company needed to rapidly enroll patients into four clinical trials (two organ transplant, two gastrointestinal) across ~600 sites in ~20 countries. Concerned that paper or Excel pre-screening would be slow, inconsistent and prone to incomplete records, the sponsor partnered with Advarra (working with Longboat) to deploy Longboat’s Prescreen Navigator for centralized, real-time remote pre-screening across sites.

Advarra implemented the Prescreen Navigator as an intuitive online pre-screening tool that reduced site burden, streamlined workflows and gave the sponsor real-time visibility into why patients did not progress to screening. The result: 64% of sites using the tool generated an average 94% of enrollments, pre-screening was faster and data became more accessible, accurate and complete, and sponsors gained clear, measurable insight into ineligibility reasons and referral sources.
