Ocean Spray, a leading food and beverage manufacturer, faced challenges in achieving consistent product quality and process efficiency across its multiple plants that produce Craisins® dried cranberries. This empowered operators to make immediate, data-driven improvements. The results were significant, with one process's capability jumping from 0.96 to 1.46 in just over a month. Advantive's solution led to a more stable and efficient operation, saved money by reducing the overuse of ingredients, and strengthened Ocean Spray's competitive advantage as a premium ingredient supplier.
