A Advantive Case Study
The customer, Duropack, a packaging manufacturer focused on European growth, needed to change its business practices to manage planning and data across its isolated business units. To support its expansion strategy, Duropack partnered with vendor Advantive and implemented its Kiwiplan product, a fully integrated order-to-cash solution comprising Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP).
The Advantive solution enabled Duropack to seamlessly coordinate sales, logistics, and production across multiple sites and countries. This included a shift to an area concept from an individual plant focus. The implementation, led by a dedicated internal team, was successfully rolled out to four plants in three countries over two years, contributing directly to Duropack's effectiveness and competitive strength in the expanding European marketplace.
