Swire Coca‑Cola Taiwan, Coca‑Cola’s bottling partner in Taiwan, needed to modernize warehousing to manage thousands of SKUs, ensure FIFO freshness and handle channel‑specific packaging (e.g., limited‑edition bottles for specific retailers).
