Advantech was engaged to address these goals with an interactive POS solution, including its Chameleon 12”/15” POS system, a vertical second display and a mountable W‑POS self‑service kiosk.

Advantech implemented a fanless 12”/15” POS with an integrated vertical 15” second display for interactive promotional videos and deployable 15” wall‑mountable kiosks for drive‑through service. The solution reduced customer frustration during waits, generated additional purchase/upsell opportunities, sped up drive‑through order fulfillment, improved reliability and maintenance flexibility, and optimized counter space.
