Automotive Maintenance Center needed to streamline its maintenance flow and improve customer communication across its service centers. Advantech provided a digital signage solution built around the Advantech DS-370 digital signage player plus dynamic content management and remote monitoring/security software to deliver tailored information from reception through the entire maintenance process.

Advantech implemented an integrated system where entrance cameras send plate numbers to DS-370 players, which update LED welcome boards and FHD displays with real-time queuing, repair timetables, scheduling dashboards and vehicle entry/departure times; administrators can monitor status centrally and perform remote repairs. The Advantech deployment boosted customer engagement with personalized welcomes and progress updates, enabled real-time tracking of vehicles, and reduced onsite maintenance and manual reboots thanks to the DS-370’s fanless, cableless design and remote management.
