To address this, Net Surfing partnered with Advantech and selected Advantech’s WebAccess/SCADA (integrated with Infor EAM) as the browser‑based data acquisition and visualization platform.

Advantech implemented WebAccess/SCADA to aggregate sensor, PLC and counter data, visualize energy and production metrics via HTML5 dashboards, and enable predictive maintenance and remote control of equipment. The solution delivered measurable benefits—regular six‑month maintenance cycles, advance part replacement to avoid breakdowns, reduced production waste, energy savings, and remote compressor control—lifting overall performance by 4–5% and achieving payback within about one year.
