Advantech’s HIT-W121B delivered a touchscreen, mobile-networked communication portal with optional handset, EMR/EHR integration and PoE power to accelerate deployment. The system lets staff mark calls as “received” and “responded,” produce period-over-period workflow reports to analyze response time and prioritization, and share medical records in real time—improving response tracking, staff productivity and continuity of care while reducing installation costs and deployment time.
