Wymondham College is a unique state day and boarding school with approximately 600 boarding and 600 day students; its support arm, the Wymondham College Trust (WCT), is a registered charity that helps sustain the college’s long‑term programmes. WCT needed a more sophisticated fundraising and alumni CRM to replace an ad‑hoc database: they wanted to segment alumni by year, location and interests, manage reunions and local partnerships, and launch targeted fundraising activity — needs met by AdvantageNFP Fundraiser (from Redbourn Business Systems), which WCT has used since 2009.

Redbourn Business Systems implemented AdvantageNFP Fundraiser with a dedicated Project Manager who configured the system to WCT’s exact needs and migrated thousands of records. Using the Alumni web module, Attendance Manager and mail‑shot/fundraising tools, WCT can now target events and communications (for example identifying alumni with theatre interests who travelled hundreds of miles to see a college production), simplify event and fundraising workflows, and manage local business relationships — outcomes that have made AdvantageNFP Fundraiser integral to WCT’s operations and anniversary planning.
