AdvantageNFP Fundraiser was implemented on time and budget and is now central to BRB’s mail-shots, Gift Aid, Direct Debits, fundraising, Attendance Manager events and daily banking reports; it even supports a Capital Appeal. Using AdvantageNFP Fundraiser BRB reports a big rise in efficiency over 18 months, improved supporter categorisation, better identification of lifetime supporters and legacy prospects, and smoother PR and events operations, with plans to roll the system out to other departments.
