An investment bank and financial services company needed support for its contingent workforce in the private wealth management division. With multiple locations and management teams nationwide, the customer wanted a managed service solution that could consistently deliver qualified candidates, improve talent performance management, and offer a path to retain top performers long term. Advantage xPO was brought in to help manage this contingent labor need.
Advantage xPO implemented a custom Contingent Labor Solution to recruit and manage administrative professionals, operations analysts, and business analysts, using targeted sourcing, job-specific assessments, and ongoing manager feedback. The program also offered benefits, PTO, and a 401k to improve attraction and retention. Nearly 15 years later, Advantage xPO supports 50 hiring managers across 19 locations, with just under half of interviewed candidates receiving offers, 92% of hires holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, and 31% of contingent workers converting to full-time roles after their one-year contracts.
