Practice Management Resource Group (PMRG) is a consulting firm turned medical billing service that supports more than 45 primarily ophthalmology private practices nationwide. After their previous software provider was sold to a large corporation, PMRG needed an integrated, cloud-based solution that would support remote workers, client-side scheduling, sophisticated billing, and strong financial reporting to meet both their own operational needs and those of their clients.

PMRG implemented AdvancedMD’s AdvancedPM platform (with AdvancedInsight reporting) in August 2009 to centralize billing, scheduling, and revenue cycle management. The switch delivered robust financial reporting and revenue-management tools, enabling timely, accurate financial data and improved collections across client practices—helping clients maximize reimbursement and strengthen the financial health of their private practices.
