Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners (PDP) is a dermatology group founded in 2012 that now operates 12 offices across southeastern Pennsylvania with nine physicians, seven nurse practitioners/PAs and about 7,300 patient visits per month. At launch the practice needed a scalable, centralized practice-management solution that could interface with a dermatology-specific EHR, support growth without outside funding, improve patient access outside office hours, and provide better tools for patient communication and reputation tracking.

PDP implemented the AdvancedMD Rhythm platform (AdvancedEHR, AdvancedPM and AdvancedPatient), beta-tested new features and rolled out online scheduling, voice reminders and reputation-management tools. The system deployed quickly (online scheduling enabled for all providers in two weeks), drove 214 online visits in one month, improved patient portal satisfaction, generated a high volume of positive reviews, freed staff for higher-value work, and supported steady, predictable expansion across multiple offices.
