Beating Bowel Cancer, the support and campaigning charity for people affected by bowel cancer, needed a better way to manage large volumes of supporter, donation, and patient data while aiming to grow income from £1m to £3m. To support this goal, it chose Advanced’s Donor Strategy CRM and fundraising solution to create a single, integrated view of its supporters and improve fundraising efficiency.

Advanced implemented Donor Strategy and integrated it with Exchequer for financial management, giving the charity real-time donation tracking, stronger data security, and remote access for regional fundraisers. The results included a more consolidated view of finances, less manual reconciliation, and major campaign gains: the 2014 Decembeard campaign saw participants rise from 920 to 3,109, fundraising increase from £130,000 to over £300,000, and website visits grow from 15,000 to 60,000.
