The solution now runs about 350,000 jobs a year with roughly a 99.5% success rate, cut complex workflows from 131 script steps to four–five ActiveBatch steps, reduced batch job build/maintenance to under 5% of IT time, and improved reporting, forecasting and time‑to‑resolution.
