The solution let Subway run Teradata utilities directly, split and re‑execute workflow pieces, and automate backups, cutting team weekly management time from ~10 hours to less than 4 (≈75% time savings), making processes roughly twice as fast vs. scripts and improving report deliverability to 99.5%.
