A Advanced Kiosks Case Study

Preview of the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Case Study

Marine Corps Heritage Foundation enhances brick locator with Advanced Kiosks and a nearly doubled trail footprint

The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, which manages commemorative programs at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, faced challenges with an outdated and fragmented tribute system. Their original kiosk and web interfaces were inconsistent, offered limited search, lacked mobile access, and made it difficult for visitors to locate bricks and for staff to manage updates.

Advanced Kiosks provided a solution by deploying a custom 32" Merchant Max touchscreen kiosk and a unified software platform. This integrated system delivered smart search, mobile-responsive access with QR codes, on-site printing, and detailed wayfinding maps. The results for the Foundation included a seamless visitor experience across kiosk, desktop, and mobile, significantly improved navigation and search, streamlined administration, and an enhanced, lasting tribute platform.
