A Advanced Kiosks Case Study
Hennepin County, MN faced the challenge of providing accessible services to its low-income residents, who encountered delays and barriers with manual, in-person processes. The county needed a way to offer on-demand, multilingual, and ADA-compliant support for a wide range of services in various community locations. To address this, they partnered with vendor Advanced Kiosks to implement a self-service solution.
Advanced Kiosks deployed 27 Document Kiosks running their Premier Zamok management software. This solution created a uniform network that allowed residents to apply for housing and healthcare, scan documents, print forms, and more. The result was an extension of critical services into convenient community hubs. The success of the implementation led Hennepin County to renew its commitment with a three-year subscription, demonstrating the kiosk fleet's effectiveness in supporting vulnerable residents.
