The customer, a leading international bank, relied on manual email-based processes for all HR tasks, from onboarding to equipment requests, which created significant inefficiencies. This manual approach made it difficult to track the status of payroll processes and service requests. An additional challenge was providing all portal content, forms, and notifications in both Chinese and Traditional Chinese for their employees in Taiwan. Advance Solutions was engaged to implement a solution using ServiceNow HRSD.

Advance Solutions implemented ServiceNow HRSD to automate the bank's HR service delivery, eliminating manual work. They developed a solution that automatically generates payroll cases on a set date and dynamically displays multiple checklists based on user selections. Furthermore, they translated all record producers, case forms, and portal content into the required languages using ServiceNow translation tables. The result is a robust, scalable system that gives the bank full visibility into HR processes and significantly improves the experience for its employees.
