Advance Ohio worked with Thrift Store, a thrift store retailer that had historically relied on traditional media but needed a more consistent digital marketing approach to drive site and store traffic, increase sales, and boost engagement. The retailer also wanted to increase redemptions of its quarterly coupon promotion and raise awareness of its shopping and donation locations.

Advance Ohio implemented a two-phase marketing strategy using display advertising, email marketing, print coupons, video, content marketing, and SEO. The campaign produced strong results, including a 53% increase in coupon redemption rate in Q1 2016 and a 285% increase in Q2 2016 versus 2015, along with ROI gains of 87% and 385% respectively, plus more than 5,900 additional website visitors.
