ShineWater, a Bay City, Michigan beverage company launching a new flavored water fortified with electrolytes, antioxidants and vitamin D, needed consumer awareness ahead of its Kroger rollout in Metropolitan Detroit. They partnered with Advance Ohio and used a sweepstakes as part of a go‑to‑market mix alongside podcasts, billboards and sponsored content to tell the brand story and attract new customers.

Advance Ohio ran the ShineWater Summer Sweepstakes (entries June 23–July 10) and supported it with email and media amplification, producing 315,151 impressions, nearly 125,000 emails sent, 2,047 entries and 1,164 new leads — with 56.9% of entrants opting in for future contact — effectively building a qualified leads list for ShineWater’s launch.
