Polaris Career Center is an adult education provider offering career-focused training, customized employer programs, and continuing education. Facing complex recruitment needs across 12+ courses, Polaris sought a marketing partner to boost student recruitment, maximize enrollments, and manage a challenging revenue schedule — and engaged Advance Ohio to help address these goals.

Advance Ohio deployed a two-pronged strategy: an always-on evergreen program (SEO, SEM, and website remessaging) plus 60-day enrollment bursts using social media, video, display, print and sponsored content that drove prospects to open-house events. That approach drove upwards of 480 attendees to open houses, left 68 students on waiting lists, and resulted in spring FY21 programs being at capacity, demonstrating clear enrollment lift and stronger program fill rates for Polaris.
