Mercy Health, the largest health system in Ohio and one of the state’s top employers, sought a holistic well-being program that addressed mind, body and spirit. They partnered with Aduro to design a system-integrated approach using Aduro’s Human Performance Paths and a hybrid screening model that combined Mercy’s internal lab quality with Aduro’s WellMetrics® expertise.
Aduro integrated well-being into conventional care delivery, delivering lifestyle, prevention and disease-management paths alongside the hybrid screening model. The program drove measurable engagement—91% of benefit plan participants and 72% of executives—and helped Mercy Health earn placement on the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America (#74), demonstrating Aduro’s measurable impact.
